Senior Network Architect Position

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-level architecture for network systems, including cloud-based networks. Your expertise will be essential in developing and documenting network topology, configuration, and security standards to ensure the seamless operation of our Managed & Professional Services business.

You will evaluate and implement solutions for scalability, security, and performance improvements, configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices in alignment with architecture plans. Additionally, you will ensure that network solutions support business continuity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical guidance and training to Network Engineers and support staff, engage with vendors and suppliers to evaluate new networking products and services, and possess strong analytical problem-solving skills, perceptive and able to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a previous Network Architect role, preferably within Cloud Infrastructure, or similar role with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Cloud and infrastructure environment.
  • Ability to articulate business implications and risks in relation to the business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Open-minded and forward-thinking in terms of vision for the business and team culture.
  • Ability to work as a team with decisions made to support moving toward common goals.
