We're seeking a dedicated Optical Dispenser to join our Blackwood Optical team, where you'll play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness.

As an Optical Dispenser, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
  • Maintaining our optical stores to ensure they're beautifully presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with varying optical needs.
  • A methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • A flair for fashion and helping customers choose a frame that suits them.
