• Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions as required\
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills\
• Stay up-to-date on product information, including features, benefits, and specifications\
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs\
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction\
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management on how to improve store operations, customer experience, and employee engagement\
• Participate in visual merchandising and floor set design\
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized store environment\
• Handle cash register accurately and efficiently, balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift\
• Manage inventory levels, reporting discrepancies and issues to management\
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy\
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting products and services\
• Provide support during peak periods, special events, and promotional activities\
• Perform tasks related to opening and closing procedures, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise\
• Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately\
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall aesthetic appeal\
• Identify and resolve customer complaints, working closely with management to address any underlying issues\
• Seek opportunities to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement\
• Train new employees on job responsibilities, policies, and procedures\
• Plan and execute visual merchandising and floor set designs that drive sales and improve customer experience\
• Develop and implement creative solutions to improve sales and customer satisfaction\
• Enhance your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development programs\
• As a key member of the retail team, contribute to achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment\
• Support and participate in local community events and initiatives to foster goodwill and brand awareness\
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners to drive results and build relationships\

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods\
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\
  • Basic math skills, ability to count change, and balance cash register\
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal\
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines\
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education or training preferred\
  • Previous retail experience an asset, but not required\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot and resolve issues\
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences\
  • Work well under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously\
