Mission Systems Technical Lead

The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical resources for Mission Systems. This includes ensuring service delivery and fulfilling obligations. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, anticipate future resource demands, and ensure capability growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with program and project managers to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Manage staff skills and performance.
  • Support engineering processes within the quality system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant disciplines, standards, and best practices. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, including experience in complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering appropriate to a core discipline.
  • Established or eligible for professional registration in an Australian jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering leadership and management.
