Site Delivery Manager

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of installation projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include managing project finances, sales targets, staff performance management, administration of project management software, sourcing new clients, and maintaining existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, preferably from shopfitting or construction, with experience in managing contractors and staff. You should be able to motivate a team to achieve their plans and understand urgency and efficiency. Previous signage installations experience is beneficial but not essential.

- Budgeting and forecasting

Project-related duties:
- Project sourcing and quoting
- Creating detailed project briefs
- Managing project schedules and permits
- Organizing sub-contractor quotes and works
- Tracking project performance and profitability
- Reporting on progress and completion to clients and stakeholders
