About The Role

">

You will be a dedicated home and investment lending specialist to the mid-market Commercial client - responsible for identifying appropriate products and solutions to meet your customer's needs. You will partner with commercial bankers and co-manage clients to deepen relationships in attaining whole of wallet.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

">
  • You will identify opportunities to increase home loan penetration within customer portfolios by proactively engaging with stakeholders across the value chain.
  • You will create, nurture and develop mutually beneficial and commercially viable relationships.
">

You will take a holistic approach, helping customers achieve their home or investment property goals while protecting their financial wellbeing. You will proactively connect customers to other ANZ teams who can further support their goals.

">

You will be a driver of Commercials' portfolio growth, both by maximising customer inflow and minimising customer attrition.

">

You will contribute to Retail district performance by seeking to outperform against individual target.

">

You will develop strong knowledge of your local market, highlight emerging trends and drive customer and stakeholder referrals.

">

You will coach and support Commercial business partners to provide the best possible customer experience, providing advice and expertise and helping solve problems and challenges.

">

You will adhere to ANZ's policies, processes and standards and you will role model strong risk management by consistently demonstrating full compliance to risk measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous credit experience with deep product and market knowledge.
  • Proven ability in achieving results through relationship sales & customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of developing relationships across teams.
