Job Title

A seasoned technology professional is required to oversee the management and optimization of enterprise application capabilities, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of critical systems.

  • Leading a technical team and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Providing advanced ITSM support within an ITIL framework, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Configuring and administering cloud-based and on-premises applications, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Overseeing application integration and middleware management, including Azure Service Bus and API Management.
  • Ensuring application security through best practices, including Azure Role-Based Access Control and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership skills with expertise in system configuration, administration, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
  • Strong experience in application integration, database management, and security configuration.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Azure DevOps pipelines and Bicep Templates.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
