State Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated State Manager to lead our state-based client-facing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients and driving innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing state-based account management team to achieve state targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies to drive business growth and retention.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, including attendance at industry events and conferences.
- Support the state-based account management team in the development and execution of individual business plans.
- Ensure team compliance with mandatory accreditation requirements and ongoing training and development to meet sales and service requirements.
We are looking for a proven leader with a track record of success in the superannuation industry or financial services sector. You will have experience in motivating, leading, coaching, and managing high-performing teams, as well as developing and implementing successful account management and sales strategies.
You will possess a strong understanding of the industrial relations environment and superannuation issues, including state and federal awards and enterprise bargaining agreements. Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable, and you will be RG 146 compliant.
