We are seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Supervisor to lead our site operations and drive project success.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality civil construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating staff and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Coordinate and manage site activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage and develop a team of site personnel to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement effective safety plans and protocols to minimize risks
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure budgetary targets are met

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management and coordination of all staff and subcontractors on site
  • Provide Team Supervision and development
  • Daily Plant and Labour allocations across multiple sites
  • Sourcing Plant hire jobs when required
  • Complete daily paperwork and reporting requirements on time and with attention to detail
  • QA requirements and reporting
  • Manage WHS
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality and budget targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction, roads, and bulk earthworks
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing a quality product and customer service
  • Experience in reporting and policy monitoring
  • Construction white card and relevant machine tickets
  • Ability to multitask and think critically
