As a SIL Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our SIL homes, leading a team of up to 15 SIL Support Workers, and ensuring that our programs and services run efficiently.

You will work closely with our SIL Business Manager to provide support and house management for tenants, lead, mentor, and support your team, and manage staff rostering to match worker capabilities with client needs and preferences.

\

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Team Leader in Supported Independent Living or a related role within the disability sector, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
