Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to fill our night shift position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective mechanical maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake tasks such as making, fitting, or repairing complex machinery, instruments, or appliances.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a trade qualification in fitter and turner and have at least 2 years of post-trade experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Available to work a Night Shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Understand and be able to implement work planning and scheduling procedures.
  • Able to work shift work where required and have reliable transport and license.
  • Q fever vaccinated or willing to undergo Q fever vaccination.
