About the Role
- Lead the development of a shared vision for Catholic education at San Clemente High School.
- Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders.
- Support the learning and growth of effective teachers.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Model faith in action and develop a shared vision for Catholic education.
- Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders.
- Support and monitor the learning and growth of effective teachers.
- Set high standards for students and staff performance.
Requirements
- Practising Catholic with an understanding of baptismal call to share and witness the good news of Jesus Christ.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and create a shared improvement agenda that aligns with system priorities.
- Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to build solid trusting relationships.
- Ability to analyse and respond to student data to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications as a four-year trained Teacher or Master of Education qualification.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Religious Education or Theological Studies.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership with ten years teaching experience.
