We are seeking a passionate and dedicated piano educator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping students achieve their musical goals, regardless of age or skill level.

Job Description

The role involves teaching individual and group piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. We require someone who can develop and implement lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs and goals.

  • Teaching experience in individual and group piano classes (preferably online)
  • Bachelor of Music degree (completed or final years considered)
  • Working with Children Certificate that is up to date on commencement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements

In order to succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Patient and compassionate nature
  • Able to motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Graduated from Melbourne University/VCA (in Piano) or equivalent backgrounds
  • Experience taking online guitar classes when needed
  • Knowledge of music software such as Garageband, Ableton, and Sibelius
