About the Role

As a Sanitation and Cart Recovery Associate at Coles Supermarkets, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse team that serves local communities across Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual who can work indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors, as well as collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of store floors, team rooms, toilets, offices, and other areas as required
  • Operate equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions
About You and Your Skills
  • Work safely and abide by Coles' safe work practices
  • Set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • Be active and physically fit, with lifting up to 17kgs
  • Be available for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week
