About the Role

As a Console Operator at VIVA Energy Retail, you will be focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and high-quality barista coffee, which are key components of our convenience retail experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

A competitive salary of AU$50,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business results.
