Salary

We offer a competitive salary range between $99,700 and $119,600 per annum, plus 15k market loading, and 11.5% superannuation.

About the Role

This Team Leader Strategy and Performance position oversees a newly created team responsible for developing, submitting, and implementing the Water and Sewer IPART pricing submission process. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Lead a team in fostering healthy collaboration across the Water and Sewer directorate to identify business efficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of the pricing submission process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Leadership and management of a team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business efficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in a regulated industry.
  • Experience managing pricing submissions within a regulated industry, preferably in the Water and Sewer sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present data from multiple sources to influence decision-making and measure performance.
