Job Overview

This role involves working with various business stakeholders to understand the data landscape and perform analysis to quantify risk magnitude and root cause analysis for identified issues.

The candidate will be responsible for performing incident analysis, ensuring that all incidents are qualified as notifiable, and providing recommendations to data platforms operations teams to remediate existing data risk and implement preventative controls for future data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute investigations of applications and their data to assess risks and compliance needs
  • Provide reporting, visualizations, and insights based on data analysis, including recommendations from a cyber maturity perspective to enhance data security
  • Collaborate with application owners and technical SMEs to understand data flow and integration points between systems, business processes, and technology processes and their relationship and impact to data assets
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements for effective data risk management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and cyber security
