Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate customer service expert to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing genuine service, building effective customer relationships, and contributing to the sales performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
  • Utilize superstar selling skills to contribute to the sales performance of the store
  • Build effective customer relationships and establish yourself as the expert to talk to
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute towards the store's success
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
  • Strive to provide a safe work environment for yourself and your team members
Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work other days if requested
