About the Role

This two-year graduate program offers a varied set of knowledge and skills, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support senior engineers in project planning, designing, and execution, focusing on water quality and management systems.
  • Analyze data to inform team decisions and project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, applying insights to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and drawings to support project deliverables.
  • IDentify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality, meeting regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Recent tertiary degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable, as well as working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative thinking and collaboration are key attributes for this role.
