Based at our Melbourne Fulfillment Centre (FC) in Dandenong South, you will play a critical role in protecting our people, operations, brand, data, and assets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff, while also assisting in managing physical security of site through guarding service and monitoring optimum functioning of physical security devices & controls.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff
- Assist in managing physical security of site through guarding service and monitoring optimum functioning of physical security devices & controls
- Inspire performance excellence among security service team members
- Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office package
