We are seeking a qualified academic professional in Human Services Management to join our team as the Lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering face-to-face and online teaching of undergraduate courses using evidence-based research methods.

The Lecturer will contribute to the development of curriculum, new modules and course material. They will also participate in teaching innovation and may undertake research into pedagogy in business education.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Criteria:

  • A doctoral degree in Human Services Management
  • Knowledge of the ESOS Framework and the National Code 2018
  • Ability and commitment to engaging in ongoing scholarly activities
  • Sound knowledge in a field of business aligned with Southern Cross Institute's major areas of study
