We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. Our organization provides various support services for people with disabilities, including outside school hours care, community support, and residential support.

  • Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)

In this role, you will provide supervision, engagement, and care for school-aged children with disabilities. You will facilitate activities such as reading, crafts, sports, and excursions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to children with disabilities
  • Facilitate activities that promote social interaction, physical activity, and cognitive development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • About the Roles:
  • Outside School Hours Care (OSHC):
    • After School Care: Monday to Friday, 2:45pm-6:00pm
    • School Holiday Care: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm
Community Support

This role involves providing flexible, person-centred support to participants in their homes and in the community. You will deliver personal care, domestic tasks, social engagement, transport, and skill-building, ensuring each participant's needs are met and exceeded.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support services that meet individual needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants and their families
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive service delivery
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • About the Roles:
  • Community Support:
    • Typical Session Times: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
    • Preferred Availability: At least 3 days per week; Saturday availability preferred
Residential Support Workers (SIL)

As a Residential Support Worker, you will work within a team to provide 24/7 care for participants living in supported accommodation. You will build strong relationships, support daily living skills, and uphold person-centred care in a structured environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care and support to participants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants and their families
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • About the Roles:
  • Residential Support Workers (SIL):
    • Shifts Available: 24/7, including day, night, and sleepover shifts
About You

To be successful in these roles, you will need:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A relevant qualification in disability, community services, care, or education
  • Experience: Relevant experience in disability, aged care, individual support, education, or community services
  • Skills: Adaptability, resilience, positive approach to change, strong communication, ethics, commitment to safety, professional presentation, and teamwork
  • Driver Licence + Comprehensive Car Insurance: Required for Community & Residential roles
