Job Description

**Job Title:** Warehouse Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at People2People. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other equipment to move and store products and materials in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Operate Forklifts:** Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse.
  • **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory records and track products and materials within the warehouse.
  • **Warehouse Duties:** Assist with other warehouse duties as required, including packing and unpacking of products, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • **Previous Experience:** Must have previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • **Forklift Licence:** Current forklift licence and a demonstrated understanding of forklift safety procedures.
  • **Communication Skills:** Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • **Attention to Detail:** Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in inventory management.
  • **Physical Fitness:** Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 25kg.
