Merchandising Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support in-store merchandising across the Warrnambool area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently with minimal supervision and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our brand in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and negotiate, sell and build displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan.
  • Build long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent our brand with pride, positivity and passion.
  • Work autonomously with support from a Territory Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle.
  • Physically able to lift stock for building displays and utilise point of sale materials.
  • Proficient using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays.
  • Live within the designated area (within Warrnambool CBD radius, approx. 30 km).
  • Able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Full Australian working rights.
Benefits
  • This role offers approximately 46-50 weeks of employment per year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to the first week in January.
  • Flexibility with scheduling: availability Wednesday to Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods.
