Job Overview

Our organization seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead marketing campaigns, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Forge and maintain relationships with key insurers, fleets, and corporate clients to unlock new business opportunities.
    • Drive market intelligence and opportunity analysis to identify emerging trends and industry gaps.
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to inform business decisions.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory shifts, technological disruptions, and industry changes.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns targeting insurers, fleets, and retail customers.
    • Oversee campaign production, track ROI, and advise leadership on pricing strategies and product mix.
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
    • Cultivate relationships with insurance assessors, fleet managers, OEMs, and industry bodies.
  • Operational Integration:
    • Provide guidance to management on technical investments required to capture new markets and ensure marketing strategies align with workshop capacity and service quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Other Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in an auto repair company.
  • Experience in Insurance Partnership & DRP Management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
