The Senior Procurement Officer - Deferred Maintenance plays a crucial role in executing complex sourcing strategies across the Deferred Maintenance program for medium-to-high-value projects. This role will be focused on the Institutes Deferred Maintenance (DM) program, a high-value program of works comprising multiple projects procured through various streams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse procurement operations and supplier relationships, focusing on value delivery and overseeing contract management for projects with a level of complexity.
• Partner with the Institutes procurement team to provide commercial contract sourcing and contract administration services for the deferred maintenance program.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across multiple categories for medium-value and complexity projects.
• Advise on contracts, optimal procurement solutions, and preferred supplier engagements.

• Subject matter expert in procurement and contract management.
• Proven ability to translate accountabilities into tasks to deliver against goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
