Administrative Coordinator for NSW/ACT Business Unit

The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage the front desk of our NSW/ACT Business Unit in North Sydney, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors
- Greet and assist visitors, handling sign-in procedures efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, organize mail, postage, and couriers, providing seamless support
- Coordinate meeting and training room bookings, ensuring smooth logistics
- Monitor stationery levels, placing orders as needed, and maintain inventory
- Support staff with travel bookings and expense claims, streamlining administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support, contributing to a productive work environment
Requirements for Success:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Receptionist
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation
- People-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively
