The Role

We are seeking Rowing Coaches on a casual basis to support our competitive teams. This role involves early mornings and weekends, requiring a genuine passion for rowing. As a coach, you will have access to inspiring facilities and work alongside passionate coaches.

About You

To be successful, you will have previous experience in rowing, either as a coach or part of a team. Additionally:

  • You must enjoy working with students of varying abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills are essential.
  • You will need to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certificate.
  • Completed or willing to complete Anaphylaxis Awareness training is also required.
  • Availability for before-school, after-school, or Saturday morning training sessions is necessary.

Salary Information

This role comes with an estimated salary range of AU$60,000 to AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
