Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle reservations, amendments, and cancellations for clients with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) to book flights, hotels, and other travel services effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with travel inquiries and offering expert recommendations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve booking issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations, transactions, and customer communications accurately.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and developments.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a travel consultant or reservations role is essential.
  • GDS Expertise Required: Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus is necessary.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is vital when handling bookings and client information.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A passion for helping clients and exceeding their expectations is key.
