Electrical Tradesperson Opportunity

You will be part of a dedicated team known for their innovative steel solutions at Austube Mills, a brand of InfraBuild. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring maximum plant availability and safe operation of equipment at our Acacia Ridge facility. You will work a standard day shift, with a 38-hour week.

Key Duties:
  • Complete assigned repair and preventative maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with production teams daily to understand the rolling schedule, production overtime, and available maintenance windows.
  • Maintain all work areas in a safe and tidy state.
  • Support front-line problem-solving investigations and initiatives.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification.
  • Experience with using PLCs for fault finding.
  • Industrial Electronics certificate advantageous.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical breakdowns and determining root causes in a heavy industry environment.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer aptitude.
  • Keen to join a collaborative and safety-focused team.
