Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in the NDIS and community sectors. As an Occupational Therapist with Concentric Rehab Centre, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and community sectors.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Current APHRA registration.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.

Current or willing to obtain:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
