**Job Role:** In-Work Support Coach

The successful candidate will provide critical support to clients and internal stakeholders in their journey towards sustainable employment. They will work closely with employers, clients, and other team members to ensure seamless transitions and long-term employment opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate employment maintenance;
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties to promote collaboration and effective decision-making;
  • Assist with claim management and escalate risks or concerns as necessary;
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance employment outcomes;
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Services Contract requirements and internal policies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced administration environment;
  • Proven ability to meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to implement new strategies.
