About the RoleThis full-time role is responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance of our training programs and ensuring exceptional training experiences.
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Standards for RTOs 2015 and AQF;
- Conducting internal audits and quality assurance checks on training and assessment materials, student records, and third-party agreements;
- Supporting external audit preparations, ensuring all required documentation and evidence are in place;
- Assisting in risk management and compliance reporting, implementation of quality framework, and identifying areas for improvement;
- Coordinating and facilitating validation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery;
- Providing guidance and support to trainers, assessors, and state teams on best practices for compliance and quality;
- Collaborating with third-party providers to ensure compliance and operational alignment;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance, Vocational Education, or a related field;
- Extensive experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within a Registered Training Organisation;
- A thorough understanding of the VET Quality Framework, ASQA standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality and compliance issues;
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and quality management systems;
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- The ability to travel interstate for audits, training, and operational support.
