About the Role

This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance of our training programs and ensuring exceptional training experiences.

  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Standards for RTOs 2015 and AQF;
  • Conducting internal audits and quality assurance checks on training and assessment materials, student records, and third-party agreements;
  • Supporting external audit preparations, ensuring all required documentation and evidence are in place;
  • Assisting in risk management and compliance reporting, implementation of quality framework, and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Coordinating and facilitating validation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery;
  • Providing guidance and support to trainers, assessors, and state teams on best practices for compliance and quality;
  • Collaborating with third-party providers to ensure compliance and operational alignment;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance, Vocational Education, or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within a Registered Training Organisation;
  • A thorough understanding of the VET Quality Framework, ASQA standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality and compliance issues;
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and quality management systems;
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • The ability to travel interstate for audits, training, and operational support.
