Demolition Site Operator Job Opportunity

    A senior demolition site supervisor is required to lead and coordinate the work of crews and subcontractors on various demolition projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of these projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of crews and subcontractors to ensure the safe and efficient completion of demolition projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site inspections, equipment usage, and personnel hours.
  • Liaise with clients and managers to discuss project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work in progress, address any issues that may arise, and provide guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demolition or site supervision, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including DL and White Card certification.
  • Cert III in Demolition or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • HR licence and asbestos tickets are highly regarded but not essential.
