Mediix is seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Consultant to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, SA. As a key member of our healthcare network, you will deliver high-quality care to patients with gastroenterological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert gastroenterological care and management for allocated patients.
  • Engage in strategic planning, policy formulation, and linkages with academic institutions and government agencies.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations to the Divisional Director (Medical) on unit management.
  • Facilitate and maintain relationships with consumers, the broader community, and academic institutions.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
  • Specialist qualifications and registration with the Medical Board of Australia in Gastroenterology or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in gastroenterology with a commitment to quality assurance and clinical education.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
