The successful candidate will possess:
- Terminal degree (PhD or equivalent) with a strong record of academic leadership and teaching excellence.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a proven ability to enhance staff and student outcomes.
- Expertise in current trends in teaching and learning, including digital technologies and innovative pedagogies.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals.
