As a retail marketing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our national store network.

About the Role

To achieve this, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives across stores nationally.

You will work closely with external partners, shopping centres, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout of retail marketing campaigns across stores nationally
  • Liaise with external partners, shopping centres, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Manage marketing materials for new store openings and maintain a high level of brand consistency
  • Collaborate with in-store teams to understand campaign impact and gather valuable feedback
  • Assist in localising national campaigns to suit regional audiences and preferences
  • Maintain accurate campaign schedules and provide timely reporting and analysis
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 2–5 years' experience in retail-based marketing with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working with shopping centres or retail partners, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
  • Tech-savvy and confident using marketing tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands, which will serve as a catalyst for your creativity and enthusiasm
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations with ease
