Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to fill the role of Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for creating positive learning experiences and building meaningful relationships with children.

  • Develop comprehensive educational plans that foster a love of learning in children, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
  • Collaborate with our team of educators to design engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive and develop essential life skills.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Achieveable qualifications include an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher.
  • Prior experience in a childcare leadership role is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability to perform the Nominated Supervisor's accountabilities.
  • They will also possess strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • A current Blue card, First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training are mandatory.
  • Business Management qualification and Current Cert. IV in Training and Assessment are highly advantageous.
