About the Role

We seek a Diploma Qualified Team Leader to deliver high-quality programs for children at various age groups. The successful candidate will build strong relationships between children, families and team members.

The role involves leading a team of educators, with support from our Service Director, to deliver exceptional Before and After School Care services. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising and mentoring educators to ensure quality care.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Diploma in Early Education and Care.
