Full Time Financial Intermediary Opportunity

Drive customer success as a financial intermediary at checkout and guide customers through car loan applications.
The RoleWe're seeking an experienced financial intermediary to support customers and assist them in navigating finance options, screening and assessing their needs to find the best finance solution.
This is a full-time opportunity with uncapped earnings potential, working out of a state-of-the-art facility on a 5-day roster.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide customers through finance applications at the time of purchase
- Screen and assess customers' needs, creditworthiness, and affordability
- Act as a liaison between lenders and customers, managing approvals and declines
- Communicate clearly via phone and email, delivering a smooth end-to-end experience
- 2+ years experience as a financial consultant or business manager – ideally in asset finance or dealerships
- Cert IV in Financial Services (preferred) or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience with credit assessment, affordability checks, and lender communication
