Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the creative operations across our studio content team.

This role will involve driving efficiencies and value to the business by managing the prioritisation and workflow for the creative agencies and studio content team.

As a key business contact for creative agency partners, you will be responsible for supporting them with pre-production and execution, as well as acting as a business partner to marketing teams and other relevant business units.

Key responsibilities will include leading each project from briefing through to execution of deliverables, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and innovative team player who loves to collaborate, and understands the importance of operational efficiencies. A self-starter who continually works on their own professional development to ensure that their knowledge and skills are up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a relevant role, including production, marketing, and creative agencies
  • Proven track record of process improvement for efficiencies in a large marketing/production organisation
  • Intimate understanding of production process across video, photography, and design
  • Strategic business acumen with a results-driven attitude
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience driving high-performing teams
  • Exceptional project management skills, including workflow process management, planning, resource and budget management, and time management skills
