We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team, providing community-based physiotherapy services on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. As a Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and deliver evidence-based community care through programs like Rehab at Home and Hospital in the Home.

The Day-to-Day

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Implement active exercise-based approaches for post-surgery orthopaedic, oncology, and general medical conditions
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Requirements

  • Preferred: Community or hospital physio experience
