Assemble Products with Precision

We are seeking a skilled Floor Assembly Operator to assist in the assembly of products at our international industrial equipment manufacturing facility.

About this role:

  • Operate hand tools, including torque drivers, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct final testing of products and assemble brackets and clamps accurately.
  • Pack items into boxes and pallets for safe transportation.
  • Operate lift trucks (training provided) to move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Plan work steps in collaboration with team members to achieve quality standards.
  • Build electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies with precision.
  • Maintain awareness of part, tool, and machine availability throughout the assembly process.
  • Utilize specialized equipment and tools, ensuring functionality and effectiveness.
  • Assist in resolving routine manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.

About You:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is essential.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Able to perform repetitive processes without deviation.
  • Previous experience with torque drivers (1Nm, 4.5Nm, 7Nm) would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with hand tools is necessary.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is required.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly Excel, are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • Able to follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Health and Safety (HSE) requirements.
  • Physical fitness appropriate to the role is essential.
