Merchandising Representative

A crucial role within our designated territory requires building strong connections with retail managers and supermarket staff on an ongoing casual basis to ensure the effective execution of tasks.

About the Position
  • Approximately 15-20 hours per week in Wollongong and surrounding areas.
  • Hours may vary based on business needs, requiring flexibility across Monday to Friday.
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are essential days.
Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with store personnel.
  • Negotiating promotional display space.
  • Crafting and maintaining high-quality displays in-store.
  • Accurately executing planograms.
  • Submitting daily tasks and quality photos via smartphone/tablet.
  • Representing BIG and clients professionally and positively.
  • Retail and supermarket experience is highly desirable.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle are required.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capacity to perform a physically repetitive role.
