Financial Management Opportunity

This role involves working closely with the finance team to provide strategic guidance and leadership within the grain and oil division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the completion of monthly management financials for the G&O platform.
  • Provide daily and monthly reviews of trading financial results.
  • Interpret data and provide analysis on P&L, volume, revenue, and production cost drivers.
  • Prepare and review the annual company budget in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure assets reconcile back to the general ledger.
  • Analyze capex project applications to ensure they meet group investment hurdle rates.
  • Produce and distribute monthly Capex reporting.
  • Oversee the integrity of the billing module within CSM.
  • Manage the G&O Controlling team and develop an understanding of relevant accounting standards.

About You

  • Membership of a Professional accounting organization.
  • 5 or more years' experience in a finance role.
  • Technical accounting knowledge gained from a medium-large/complex corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of accounting processes and management reporting requirements.
