About this role

This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options. You will engage with guests on a daily basis, answering their questions, making recommendations, and taking care of their requests.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Making recommendations and offering guidance on the surrounding area for various guest requests.
  • Coordinating and managing requests for special arrangements, such as VIP arrivals and departures, birthdays, anniversaries, and proposals.
  • Greeting and welcoming guests.
  • Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attending to their wishes and requirements.
  • Understanding customers' needs and providing them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
  • Arranging events, excursions, transportation, etc., upon request from hotel residents.
  • Managing mail, luggage, deliveries, and messages for guests.
  • Assisting with Valet Parking.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Exceptional customer service skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and at least two-years driving experience.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
