Senior Mental Health Program Specialist

The Mental Health Policy and Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of mental health initiatives across Queensland. This position involves collaborative engagement with government agencies, non-government organizations, and other stakeholders to drive positive change in mental wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement evidence-based policy frameworks and programs that cater to the diverse needs of Queenslanders.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve program objectives.
- Analyze policy research and data to inform strategic decision-making, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
- Develop comprehensive reports and briefs based on analysis, providing actionable insights to support stakeholder decisions.
- Expert knowledge of mental health systems, policies, and service planning frameworks.
- Proven experience in policy development, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex policy environments.
