About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Fabricator to join our team at our Trend Ormeau facility. As a key member of our production workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality, meeting delivery schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Maintain a high level of quality**: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • **Meet delivery schedules**: Collaborate with our production team to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • **Maintain a strong customer focus**: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
  • **Implement Lean Manufacturing principles**: Work with our production team to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and improve our production processes.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Fabricator who has a strong understanding of window manufacturing processes. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements
  • **Understanding of fabrication reports**: You will need to have a strong understanding of fabrication reports and be able to analyze data to improve our production processes.
  • **Previous experience in window manufacturing**: You will need to have previous experience in window manufacturing, preferably in a similar role.
  • **Experience in Lean Manufacturing**: You will need to have experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and be able to implement them in our production processes.
  • **Strong eye for detail**: You will need to have a strong eye for detail to ensure that our products meet our high standards of quality.
  • **WHS experience**: You will need to have experience in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and be able to maintain a safe working environment.
