Plant Operations Director

The Plant Operations Director is accountable for leading the operational performance of the Resin Plant.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure production meets quality, safety, cost, and customer service standards.
  • Compliance and Culture: Ensure plant operations align with relevant policies and statutory regulations for Environment, Health & Safety.
  • Performance Management: Drive manufacturing performance through KPIs and continuous improvement programs.
  • People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a diverse operations team.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across operations, quality, safety, cost, and service performance. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, along with minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, preferably in chemical or resin manufacturing.
