Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Athlete to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our store.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience and a passion for delivering premium service experiences. You will be confident in your ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and possess a natural sense of urgency to meet sales targets.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
  • Build and maintain expert-level product knowledge, enabling you to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Replenish and maintain stock levels, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually merchandised at all times.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards, including window displays and in-store promotions.
  • Assist the store in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as sales targets and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • A zeal for delivering premium service experiences and building strong relationships with customers.
  • A passion for the sports industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and products.
  • A natural sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • An energetic demeanor and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role requires flexibility and availability to work most days from Monday to Friday and weekends. We can only consider applicants who meet the required availability due to our rotating roster.
